A woman named Chanel boasted about a one night stand with Okafor that only lasted two minutes on Twitter (you can read the full story here, it is quite amusing).
After a brief investigation it seems Chanel is a catfish and Okafor was not pleased that she threatened to leak nude pics of him she never had. Chanel has been pretended to be another woman for a couple of years now and has amassed quite a following.
Okafor’s team is not happy and is threatening to sue her.
Okafor’s camp tells TMZ Sports … the story is “absolutely false” … adding, Jahlil has never met the person and has no idea who she is.
We’re told Team Okafor has already contacted Twitter to get “Chanel” to take down the tweets. Okafor’s team was told the tweets fall under Twitter’s abuse policy … especially posts where she threatens to leak nude pics … and if she doesn’t delete them, her account will be suspended.
Okafor’s camp says they have already kicked the matter over to their legal counsel and are considering their legal options moving forward.
