In not so surprising news, one of the NBA’s top potential free agents, has already removed himself from the list.
Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Marc Gasol is expected to remain with the Memphis Grizzlies this summer.
The Grizzlies will have a full training camp to incorporate Green into their system, with the franchise’s full attention turning to the re-signing of first-team All-NBA center Marc Gasol in July free agency. Gasol is expected to stay with the Grizzlies, but no final decision has been made, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
Gasol can get a max deal anywhere he chooses, but only the Grizzlies can give him that fifth-year, guaranteed.
