With camp getting ready to start the Notre Dame transfer Quarterback Everett Golson has a lot of work to do.
According to Orlandosentinal Florida State released its depth chart on Sunday and the QB is listed as number 3.

With Sean Maguire being the best choice for number one for head coach Jimbo Fisher to make being that he is already accululated and familiar with FSU’s offense.
Maguire also helped FSU defeat Clemson as a starter while filling in for the Winston during his suspension last season.
The second string QB J.J. Cosentino is also another familiar face.
The now third string QB Golson just has to be competitive in camp/practices and earn his spot.
With things being able to change very quickly, depth charts can be used as misdirection so opponents don’t know who to prepare for.
With Golson having plenty of starting QB experience with the fighting Irish, once he’s familiar with the plays and team should do just fine.
