The much anticipated debut of New York Knicks rookie Kristaps Porzingis was earlier today in Las Vegas.
New York defeated the Spurs 78-73 and Porzingis dropped 12 points in only 18 minutes of action.
However, after Porzingis was drafted, Knicks fans have been sending the rookie nasty messages on social media apparently, which led to the following statement.
Kristaps Porzingis joking a lot with media after his debut. Said New Yorkers he met have been nice, "but maybe not so nice on social media."
