Depending on your perspective this was a clean or dirty hit. From the dirty perspective you can say Suggs had plenty of time to pull up and intentionally went after Bradford’s knee. From the clean perspective you can say on a read option the QB becomes a runner and no matter where you hit the QB these days it will draw a penalty.
