The Hall of Fame can’t seem to get anything right when it comes to Junior Seau’s induction ceremony.
First, the Hall drew criticism from fans when they prohibited Seau’s daughter, Sydney, to speak for his family during the awards. Eventually they felt enough pressure to backtrack and announce that they would allow her to add commentary to the displayed highlight reel of Junior’s career.
Now, the Hall of Fame is drawing the ire of San Diego-ens? San Diego-uns? – San Diegans everywhere, simply by placing Junior in the wrong jersey.
Here are some of the reactions, courtesy of the Sporting News.
The HOF banner at Canton features one of the greatest Chargers of all time, Junior Seau, in a Patriots jersey. Ugh pic.twitter.com/63hLQYkQX7

Junior Seau played 13 seasons for the Chargers. Retired a Charger. Hall banner has him wearing Patriots uni. Do not understand. Ridiculous.

They have a point.
While Seau played four meaningful and successful years with the Patriots, he will undoubtedly be remembered as a Charger for life.
