Tristan Thompson and the Cavs talks on a long term seem to have road block. No details yet on why the two parties are can’t come to a deal but assuming it is money and length of the deal. Tristan had been looking for at least 5 years, 80 million refusing to accept anything less.
Tristan is now expected to sign his one year qualifying offer to remain with that Cavs one more season and become a unrestricted free agent in 2016. Tristan agent has said that if no deal is made this will be Tristan last year with the Cavs.
The question is Lebron had indicted that resigning Tristan long term would be critical for him remaining with the Cavs. Will the one year qualifying offer be enough to satisfy King James?
