Baylor assistance coach and passing game coordinator Jeff Lebby was caught standing on Oklahoma’s sideline during their game against Tulsa this past Saturday.
Lebby apparently has connections to both schools (he graduated from Oklahoma) and he was credentialed to be on the field despite him being an assistant at another school in the conference.
Lebby, a former player and student coach at OU, was recognized by several people including former Sooner J.D. Runnels.

Tulsa head coach Philip Montgomery issued a statement on the situation, in which he claims he left the credential for Lebby.

While there doesn’t seem to have been any malicious intent by having Lebby on the sideline, it appears that having another Big 12 assistant coach on the sideline is an NCAA violation.

I don’t think Lebby was on OU’s sideline to steal signals or anything of that matter, but there is no telling what he picked up or might have heard while he was down there.
This looks bad for several people involved, and it will be interesting to see how this whole thing is handled going forward.
