Detroit Lions are 0-3 and potentially could go to 0-4 after their next game against the Seahawks. After making the playoff last season, Detroit looked to build on that success this year. Despite losing Pro Bowl DE Ndamukong Suh. Matthew Stafford and the Lions offense has looked terrible through 3 games with 5 interception and 78 QB rating. The Defense is a far cry from the top defense it was last year. Who is to blame for the Lions early struggles.
Golden Tate was on Detroit Sports 105.1 discussing the Lions struggles. According Tate opponents have been able to call out every play. Tate says in each of the 3 games this year opponents each time knew what play was coming.
Tate is onto something, the Lions have become predictable. This isn’t a spygate or a breach of Intel. Teams know what Lions are going to do because they have done the exact same way in past seasons. If Jim Caldwell and the Lions want to turn around the season they have to open the playbook up.
Oh wow. @ShowtimeTate is on fire with us right now. Says in all 3 games this year, opponents have told him they knew what play was coming.
