Maybe people are obsessed with LeBron James or maybe that just have too much time on their hands. I’m amazed at some of the stats that are kept on players now a days. It goes deeper than if they shoot best during day or night games, and which day of the week a player preforms better or even his winning percentage against a certain players or in a certain arena. Earlier this year stats were revealed that NBA’s MVP Steph Curry shoots a little better from the line while his mouthpiece was handing out of his mouth. Now nbaayy Tumblr has complied stats to show if LeBron shoot better with or without his headband as well as with an arm sleeve on his left or right arm.
As the chart shows, LeBron shoots best wearing a headband and arm sleeve on his right arm closely followed by headband and sleeve on left arm. But he shoots best from the free throw line when he doesn’t wear the headband or the arm sleeve. His 3-pointer shooting percentage is at a record low 13.6% in the same attire that works best for his free throws.
There are so many more questions I have about this chart, were they home or away games, winning or losing efforts and which of his teammates were in actions that night? Either way, no matter what accessories he decided to wear, LeBron James is most likely to be the best player on the court day in and day out.
