Clemson’s Mike Williams didn’t get the news he wanted but it could have been a lot worst. Williams was carted off the field after colliding with the goalpost in yesterday’s game against Wofford.
Williams left he field with full usage and feeling in his extremities hoping and praying for the best. According to Clemson’s coach Dabo Swinney, Williams has a small fracture in the neck area.
“MRI revealed a small fracture in his neck area but the prognosis is great for him. He’ll have an opportunity to play again. Whenever that is I have no idea.”
No timetable has been set for Mike Williams’ return.
