Milwaukee Bucks power forward John Henson had a day to forget. Henson went to visit a local jewelry business in Milwaukee, but that’s when he realized he wasn’t going to be shown much hospitality.
According to Henson, he was racially profiled by Schwanke-Kasten Jewelers. The employees closed the store and after he rang the door bell twice, they proceeded to the back of the store. Five minutes later two cop cars come and run Henson’s plates to confirm his side of the story. After Henson’s story checks out the cops alert employees they can come from hiding, and Henson wasn’t hear to commit a crime.
This is absolutely degrading and one can only imagine how Henson must of felt.
Henson posted on Instagram describing his day.
Henson just signed a 4 year $44 million extension with the Bucks, so of course Henson can afford a watch or some jewelry.
The sad fact remains he was profiled for no reason and no person deserves to be profiled at any business because of their race or nationality.
Well put John Henson, well put.
