Logan Tuley-Tillman, a 6-7, 310-pound offensive lineman, told Ann Arbor police that he was intoxicated at the time of the Sept. 4 incident and couldn’t recall details from the night. He faces three felonies — two counts of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and one count of using computers to commit a crime.
The student doesn’t deny having consensual sex with Tuley-Tillman but says that she never agreed to recording the act. Tuley-Tillman drank an entire bottle of cognac before meeting up with the woman for sex and says he remembers nothing. The woman also admits to drinking and says she doesn’t have any memory of some parts of the night.
Tuley-Tillman was released from the team with 3 years of eligibility left.
