Blake Griffin on Rivalry With the Warriors After Another Crushing Loss

Warriors Bench Mock Blake Griffin’s Horribly Failed 3-Point Attempt

The Clippers have tried several times to edge the Warriors the last two years and despite some big leads in those games, the Warriors always find a way to win at the game. Last night was no exception as the Clippers enjoyed as much as 22-point lead only to collapse in the 4th quarter and allow the Warriors to stay undefeated.

This familiar sight is starting to take a toll on the California franchise players at least Blake Griffin who seems defeated and doesn’t want to call it a rivalry anymore.

To make Griffin feel better, the Warriors are not just better than the Clippers, they are playing at a very high level with a lot of confidence, they are the best team currently in the league. The consolation for the Clippers is that they always make it a close game which a lot of teams are not capable of doing against the Warriors.

The Clippers had a lot to say about Golden State title run this summer and maybe Griffin is trying to play reverse psychology by giving them a lot of praise to get them to relax but if he’s trying to get over the hump, he will need to go in their next contest with a lot more confidence that he is showing right now.
