This is another example of celebrating going wrong. This case isn’t as bad as Ted Ginn broken leg during the National Championship game. However its pretty dude when your assistant coach knocks the wind out of you with a celebratory slap in the head.
Georgia’s Assistant Mike Ekeler was celebrating a big GA play when hit defensive back Rico McGraw across the helmet. Nothing wrong with that coaches and players do this often however this hit was so hard it temporarily knocked McGraw out the game. McGraw would later return to the game but still not exactly what the Bulldogs want.
