Outside of his non-traditional antics, Michigan head coach, Jim Harbaugh, is known for his infamous khakis. Harbaugh faithfully wears them and even has fans sending him pairs, well, there is one state that wont be sending him any.
In lieu of the Michigan vs. OSU, the Governor of Ohio, John Kasich, decided to issue an anti khaki resolution.
