Back in May, it came out that former Kentucky Wildcats star Willie Cauley-Stein legally changed his nickname to “Trill.” Now on the Sacramento Kings, the rookie big man is still trying to roll with the nickname. Not Rajon Rondo.
During a YouTube video segment created by the Kings, Cauley-Stein and his teammates talked about his nickname and how exactly he got it. Rondo’s comments come at the 44-second mark, where he refuses to call Cauley-Stein “Trill,” and instead just refer to him as “Rook.”
