50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his first son — Shaniqua Tompkins — tried to embarrass the G Unit honcho, now claiming that he did file that “order of protection” against Ja Rule, Irv Gotti and his brother Chris almost 15-years ago.

Tompkins went on a lengthy Instagram rant after he blamed her for being the wedge between him and his 18-year-old son, Marquise Jackson.
