Darren Sharper will fight to save his Florida mansion, even as he sits in a prison cell on multiple rape charges.

According to theJasmineBRAND.com, Sharper is fighting the lawsuit filed by a construction company demanding his Miami mansion be sold off at foreclosure for not paying on work done to the home.

On October 1st, Sharper was hit with a foreclosure lawsuit by L & W Supply Corp. aka Seacoast Supply in Miami Court.

The construction company said Sharper entered into a contract with Jerry Attardi General Contractors prior to February 2015, for improvements on his Aventura, FL mansion. Attardi then sub-contracted another company named Interiors of America to perform additional work for the home.

Seacoast Supply explained that Interiors of America has a line of credit with them and they provide building materials to the company in February through March.

They said they served Sharper with the bill and it was accepted on March 13th (interesting … because he was locked up in prison). However, they said he has refused to pay the bill, which has an outstanding balance of $11,158.73.

The construction co. filed suit demanding the court order the home sold off at a foreclose auction and they be able to collect on their debt from the profits of the sale.

Sharper was also hit with a lien by All About Construction & More Inc. recently, accusing him of owing them a total of $23,728 for drywall and finishing work they completed on his home.

Last March Sharper reached a global plea deal for the rapes of women in Califonia, Arizona and Louisiana.
