Calm down people, it’s not what you think.
Chris Brown appearing on your song, or killing a hook on a track can do wonders for your career, so it’s not shocking that Keyshia Cole would reach out to the R&B superstar.
During a twitter Q&A, Cole revealed that she sought out Brown on several occasions — actually four-ties — for a possible collaboration.
Brown declined each time Cole vented.
Chris Brown would’ve been awesome. But he keeps saying no. Like 4 times already: so I’m done with asking. RT @BipolarRez: @KeyshiaCole Will there be any duets on your next album? If so, who would you like to sing with? 😉
Cole then suggested it didn’t work because Brown wanted her to take a Pop angle.
Chris has grown so much. Proud of him. He just wanted me to try something different. Something more pop. RT @Luchgram: @KeyshiaCole there are artist way better and worthy of doing music with than him.
You buying her theory?
