LeBron James has reached a lifetime deal with Nike, and the numbers from the gigantic deal are starting to leak out — lets just say LeBron James will be still be an annual member of the Forbes richest athletes list, long after his playing days are over.
On annual earnings front, person w/ knowledge puts figure north of $30 million annually. It's a lifetime deal, & he's 30…years…old.

On LeBron-Nike deal front, I'm told by person w/ knowledge of financials that estimates of between $400 & $500 million are significantly low

James signed a seven-year, $93 million deal with Nike before ever played a game with Cavs — and the company reportedly sold $340 million worth of James’ signature shoes in the last year alone.
Assuming LeBron has good health, he is likely to make over a BILLION dollars on this deal.
“It is the first time Nike has reached a lifetime deal with an athlete in its 44-year history.”
