Authorities need help in tracking down a robber who jacked a Buddhist monk of his wallet and cash while he was trying to play the lottery inside of a South Philadelphia gas station on January 3.
The robber got away with the Monk’s cash after grabbing the wallet — running away — and then driving away all with the Monk in hot pursuit.
Authorities are hoping this video will help.
