CM Punk has yet to step into the octagon but the folks over at EA Sports have high hopes for the 37-year-old UFC rookie. It’s been reported that Punk’s rating in EA Sports UFC 2 will be an above average 85.

Shocked? So am I. There were also a lot of shocked MMA fans on Twitter that voiced their opinion of the rating. CM Punk didn’t take to kindly to the criticism.

I must admit, its pretty cool that CM Punk pulled out a random Metroid Prime reference. We will have to wait and see if Punk’s in cage skills live up to his 85 ranking.
