This isn’t surprising because of the wording the Clippers used when describing the injury. It was “team related”, but nothing on the court.
So, it was just a matter of figuring out if Blake punched a teammate or a staff member and now we know.
#Clippers forward Blake Griffin injured his right hand after hitting a member of the team's equipment staff during an argument in Toronto

The altercation started in a restaurant. It proceeded outside where Griffin hit the equipment staffer multiple times. #Clippers

There are only so many things that men will get into fist fights over and I am sure the origin story will come out soon.
Blake doesn’t show this much fight on the court, so he just took it out on equipment guy.
For what it's worth: Griffin is good friends with this staff member. They routinely hang out off the court at home and on the road.

With friends like that, who needs enemies.
