Reggie Wayne played along time with Peyton Manning so he could tell you about the play calls better than anybody. He was on the set of NFL GameDay and Deion Sanders challenged to give them the meaning of the famous “Omaha” play from Manning.
“‘Omaha’ means … he’s going the other way,” Wayne said. “If it’s a run to the right — if it’s dive right, ‘Omaha’ is gonna be dive left.”
I like how they asked him for some insider info and threw him the under the bus for giving out the secret, Reggie Wayne did add at the end that the play is most likely different from their days with the Colts or at least will be different today against the Patriots.
