The Cleveland Browns are searching for another coach and GM — yet it may never matter as long as Jimmy Haslem is the owner.
According to Jason Cole of Bleacher Report — Haslem’s approach to filling his staff, and the system he’s utilizing is scaring away potential coaches and GM’s.
Cole reports that candidates worry more about competing as coach and GM, and not working together, on top of some believing that the Browns job is a disaster waiting to happen.
