Barry Bonds is back baseball, suiting up for the first time in a long time.
If you weren’t looking for him, you might miss him too. He is looking incredibly trim compared to what he used to look like. Bonds was up for voting for the Hall of Fame, but things didn’t go well. More from ESPN:
In the latest round of Hall voting by the Baseball Writers Association of America, Bonds — his candidacy attached to steroid allegations from the Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative investigation — got 44.3 percent of the votes cast, leaving him nearly 31 percent short of the threshold for admission.
Despite that, the 51-year old Bonds says he is excited to get back to the fraternity of baseball.
