Chance the Rapper Says Kanye’s ‘TLOP’ is Done, Tweets New Tracklist (Photos)

Kanye has already said that Chance the Rapper is the reason why ‘The Life of Pablo’ album is delayed but Chance assures the fans that it was well worth it.
