The MLB’s stance on PEDs took a huge leap today with decision to suspend Mets pitcher Jenrry Mejia indefinitely for failing his 3rd PED test in the past 12-months.
“The pitcher test positive for Boldenone. He has been suspended twice in the past 12 months, prompting the permanent ban.”
We now have a precedent set for future PED abusers and the MLB stands by it’s 3 strikes and you’re out policy.
