The Cleveland Cavaliers were the frontrunners to land Joe Johnson but it seems like LeBron was bested by his old running-mates down in Miami.

The Cavs would’ve added much-needed perimeter shooting with Joe Johnson but missing out on him is no reason to panic. On the other hand Miami makes a decent leap with Johnson’s addition and they’ll be sitting in a good position if/when Chris Bosh returns.
