Rapper/Dancer Lil Mama hasn’t been in the spotlight in a few years, besides having the second most famous cry-face on Twitter, so it’s unfortunate to report that she’s back in the news today for being arrested in NYC.
TMZ was the first to report the details:
The 27-year-old rapper — best know for her 2008 hit “Lip Gloss,” and for playing Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, was cruising around Harlem around 4 AM Thursday — when cops lit her up for doing 38 in a 25, according to our NYPD sources.
Driving without a license is a small charge and sometimes doesn’t result in being taken to jail, but Lil Mama wasn’t that lucky. On the bright side, the situation would’ve been way worse for Lil Mama and she will be able to resume her career asap.
Before this arrest Lil Mama was most know for her songs ‘Sausage’ & ‘Lip Gloss.’ She’s also know for her ever-changing look.
