Draymond Green got behind the wheel Wednesday and luckily he wasn’t injured. Green posted a video on Snapchat of him driving his BMW and the speedometer read 118 while driving on East Bay freeway. He deleted the video from his account after the video surfaced. Monte Pool of CSN Bay Area :
Though the driver isn’t visible in the video, since deleted from Green’s page, he essentially admitted he was behind the wheel. “Obviously, poor judgment,” Green said after the Warriors’ 114-98 win over the Clippers at Oracle Arena. “But it’s not . . . it’s kind of not a story of what it’s trying to be made out to be. “But I’m not here to take any attention away from this team. But, like I said, poor judgment.”
The Video surfaced on TMZ website, TMZ.com. The Warriors issued a statement on the matter as they look forward to address the issue:
We are aware of the video and will discuss it with Draymond after tonight’s game,” the statement read. “We hold all of our players and staff members to a high standard that sends a positive message and example to our fans and the community in general. We look forward to having a conversation with Draymond and getting additional information.”
