O.J. Mayo hasn’t live up to the hype had coming out of High School, but he’s stepped in nicely when the Bucks starting PG Michael Carter-Williams went down with a season ending injury.

Now the Bucks will have to replace Mayo because of a freak accident suffered at his home.

Milwaukee Bucks guard O.J. Mayo suffered a fractured right ankle on Thursday morning and will miss the remainder of the 2015-16 season, General Manager John Hammond announced today. Mayo accidentally tripped descending his stairs at home.

Mayo will be a free agent this off-season and will make a good back-up guard for a team next season.
