It’s truly amazing that Twitter is still free in 2016.
Major networks try their hardest to script situations like the following Twitter story but fail short. A man, @SpencerLKelley, was so happy to receive his negative paternity test that he thought sharing his joy with his Twitter timeline was necessary.
That proved to not be enough and Mr. Kelley decided to encapsulate the memory by going to a tattoo shop.
