The internet was set on fire last week when R&B singer Kehlani was dragged on social media for “cheating” on Kyrie Irving with her her ex-boyfriend, Party Next Door. Kehlani and Kyrie have both come forward saying they were no longer together so she didn’t technically cheat. Still, trolls on the Internet didn’t care, and Kehlani was hospitalized after she tried to commit suicide.
Chris Brown managed to piss a few people off about the whole incident. Kyrie is one of his best friends, so of course he took his side. He went on a Twitter rant about how Kehlani is using her suicide attempt as a sympathy ploy. Singers like Tinashe and Zendaya unfollowed Chris on Twitter. A fan pointed that out to him and he replied by saying “They called me and needed my help, not the other way around.”
Tinashe has since responded to Chris’ comments about her needing him. In an interview with 106 KMEL’s Shay Diddy, she gives her thoughts on Chris’ diss towards her. She says she laughed it off and thought what he said on social media was very “unnecessary.” Take a look at a snippet of the interview below.
That’s good that Tinashe likes to keep the drama in her life at a minimum. Social media can be so negative at times and people really let what other people say get to them.
