Now, this starts because a black kid is riding his bike on a sidewalk and it ends with him being in handcuffs.
You see the situation get worse by the minute. This cop seems young because she was flustered and when he asked her why she needed his ID, she couldn’t give a clear answer. Who knows but she got help and proceeded to put him in handcuffs.
Clearly, once the second cop came all that aggression rose. The kid is handcuffed and on the ground and the cop is grabbing him. Of course he’s going to yell because whatever he did if did anything wrong in the first place, didn’t warrant THAT type of response but the police will do as they do.
A bystander is recording this and hopefully he’s okay because people trying to help in these situations get in trouble as well.
Now, if this kid was white would this even be a problem?
