Floyd Mayweather Taps Heavyweights to Mentor Rap Artists (Video)

Since creating his rap label last year and signing Lil Jamez and Jay Bling, retired boxer Floyd Mayweather has been showcasing the two artists around the country.

Floyd hit the stage this past weekend with the two at Hard Rock Live in Las Vegas (video above).

Jay Bling told TMZ, “Floyd is a music head.  He gets us in the studio and flies us from city to city.”  He also shares that the champ has lined them up with some of the best in the industry.  Mentors have included Future, Game, The Weeknd, Flo Rida, Justin Bieber, DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross.

Lil Jamez cites The Biebs as the most impactful thus far.  He states, “Bieber is an amazing person.  He just keeps telling me to live life and make music….and just be consistent with my music.”

Sounds like some good advice.
