In the epics words of Drew Carey, “Cleveland Rocks!”
Many assumed that CM Punk would make his UFC debut in Las Vegas at UFC 202, which happens to be the night before WWE SummerSlam. The stars aligned for a mega-card featuring Punk & McGregor on the PPV portion but instead reports have Punk debuting a month later.
Current plan at the moment is CM Punk vs. Mickey Gall at UFC 203, per sources. Far from a done deal but that's the direction as of this AM.

Ariel followed up on his initial report by reiterating that 203 remains the targeted date for Mr. Brooks.
Plan is still for Punk to debut at UFC 203 in Cleveland, per sources.

UFC 203 still holds a WWE connection for CM Punk.
Interesting to note: The Q was the site of his last day with WWE and could be the site of his UFC debut. Funny how that works.

Punk is coming off of an injury an may need extra time to get ready for a fight of this magnitude.
