There has got to be a safer poker game for Corey Tindal to find, then some backroom motel six gambling.
The Bengals rookie cornerback from Marshall was a victim of an armed robbery Monday in Huntington, W.V., according to the Herald-Dispatch in Huntington reported.
Tindal was playing poker at a Super 8 Motel with a friend and two other dudes that he only knew by nickname. According to the report — one of the men took out a gun — pistol-whipped Tindal — ordering him and his friend to lie down and give up their valuables.
Police estimate Tindal was robbed of more than $4,000 in cash and other items including cell phones and rental car keys.
