Sam Presti and the Oklahoma City Thunder have more than just Russell Westbrook’s impending free agency to be worried about.
Westbrook isn’t the only one whose contract will expire after the 2016-17 season — as the Oklahoman is reporting that New Thunder guard Victor Oladipo is reportedly seeking a max-deal as well per ESPN’s Zach Lowe.
Oladipo is entering the final year of his rookie contract — and using the the projected 2017 salary cap — would be looking at $24 million a season, or over $102 million total. If OKC can’t reach a deal — they’ll be able to match any offer for him in free agency in the summer of 2017.
