Earlier, we reported that 21-year-old Kai Kitchen was pulled over 3 times in less than an hour for reckless driving over the holiday weekend.
What wasn’t reported, however, was that Kitchen was stopped by the same officer and that she was pulled 3 times in just 30 minutes. Kitchen, an honors graduate of Hampton University, was driving from Virginia to California.
Kai’s mother says that her daughter is being held without bond for a misdemeanor reckless driving charge and was not allowed a phone call until 15 hours after intake.
