21-year-old Kai Kitchen of Los Angeles, CA was jailed after being pulled over 3 times in one hour for reckless driving on July.
Virginia State police arrested Kitchen and charged her with misdemeanor reckless driving. During each incident, Kitchen was driving at least 20 mph above the speed limit. During the third and final stop, state troopers were advised of her earlier reckless driving tickets within the hour. She was taken to New River Regional Jail where an arrest warrant was issued.
