It must feel good to be Tyrann Mathieu nowadays.
After battling tons of adversity throughout his young career, the ‘Honey Badger’ is financially set for good.
The elite defensive back agreed to a five-year, $62.5 million contract with the Arizona Cardinals earlier in the week.
However, before Mathieu was drafted back in 2013, he had his fair share of critics.
In particularly, Patriots beat writer Sean Glennon was one of the primary critics.
Why would any #NFL team even entertain the notion of risking a draft pick on Tyrann Mathieu at this point? XFL personality; XFL talent.

My great hope is that someone will take Tyrann Mathieu so I don't have to hear about him again when the #Patriots are on the clock next.

Three years later, Mathieu went looking for Glennon on Twitter, but there was only one problem.
