Allen Iverson actually cleans up extremely well when he wants to, looking just as sharp in a suit as Michael Jordan would on any given night.
It’s just that Iverson never cared for the corporate look, so the former Georgetown Hoya changed the game and literally the NBA’s dress code, when he ushered in the baggy clothes era, arriving to games and press conferences in a fitted hat, t-shirt or jacket, baggy jeans — with Timberlands or sneakers on his feet.
He’s giving the NBA and fans their wish for one night, as he showed up for the Hall of Fame ceremony in an all black suit, with a black tie and shirt as well.
Twitter reacted of course and it was what you expected:

It's so weird seeing Allen Iverson in not just a suit, but one that actually fits him #Sixers #BasketballHOF pic.twitter.com/NqFljxyKul
