Should Dak Prescott be worried about having to give his starting job as quarterback?
When Romo went down during preseason, most people thought the Cowboys season was doomed, but Prescott has done a nice job for them and has gained the confidence of the organization and its fans.
So, where does that leave Romo? He returned to practice and the Cowboys rookie QB was able to witness his work.
“He’s looked sharp every time we get out there,” Prescott said of Romo. “That’s a vet who takes care of himself and is going to get back healthy and is doing all the right things to do that.”
It may seem like the Cowboys have a tough situation on their hands, but until Prescott gets seriously injured (knocks on wood) or his performance declines, he should remain the starting quarterback.
