The cops have found the man that they are looking for during the Blue Jays and Orioles baseball game. During the game 41-year-old Ken Pagan allegedly threw a beer at Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim.
According to TMZ Pagan turned himself in after cops released his photo and ID’d him as the man who threw the beer. Pagan is a journalist for Postmedia. Pagan has issued a statement suggesting that police have the wrong guy.
For the moment cops charged him with 1 count of mischief. His court date has been scheduled for November.
