R & B singer Miguel has been minding his P’s & Q’s and making hits since the infamous ‘leg drop’ incident at the 2013 Billboard award but this week that changed to no fault of his own.
According to TMZ.com the Sure Thing crooner signed an agreement with the owner of the Side Bar club in San Diego to appear but not to perform. The owner agreed there was nothing in the written contract regarding a performance but maintains the two had a verbal agreement for Miguel to sing one song. Things would have gone off without a hitch if the owner took his L and conceded that singing wasn’t in the contract but he didn’t. Instead, he chose to repeatedly shove a microphone in Miguel’s face in an attempt to make him sing. Needless to say Miguel wasn’t feeling it and was fully ready to go fisticuffs.
Ultimately Miguel didn’t sing and no blows were thrown…or leg drops.
