Terry Francona’s Cleveland Indians took care of the Toronto Blue Jays, winning game 3 of the ALCS 4-2; however, it was Francona himself that needed to be tended to after the contest.
Francona lost a tooth before the first pitch. Pretty nasty explanation as to how he accomplished that:
