Kanye West’s Saint Pablo Tour is on an extended LA stop and during last night’s show in Inglewood, a special guest was in the house. Cameron Sterling, son of Alton Sterling, the man who was shot and killed while being pinned to the grown by Louisiana police. It was Cameron’s 16th birthday and courtesy of the family lawyer he was in town to see his idol, Kanye perform.
Nothing will ever make up for the tragedy this young man has suffered. In time it will become less painful and he will eventually be at peace with the reality of no longer having a father. Until then it’s moments like this that will bring joy to his heart and make him feel good, if only for an instant.
Kudos to Kanye and Kim for posing with Cameron backstage and spending some time with the young man.
