Kate Upton is riding for her man.
After Rick Porcello edged out Justin Verlander and Corey Kluber for the AL Cy Young Award — Upton went ballistic on Twitter — focusing first place votes, because she should know.
Upton, Verlander’s fiancé, crushed MLB after the results revealed that Porcello received eight first-place votes to Verlander’s 14. Upton then wanted to know which writers left Verlander off their ballots completely.
Upton lambasted MLB’s voting process, and asked that the Baseball Writers Association of America be fired.
Verlander fished the season with a 16-9 record, 3.04 ERA despite having no real run support.
